The Oriana - 49 rooms
LMF Projects’ full-scale renovation of a hotel in the NSW High Country brought a couple’s dreams to life in just 10 weeks.
Espen and his partner, Ted, had a grand vision for The Oriana, a 50-year-old hotel in Orange – to create an inviting destination with first-rate accommodation and exceptional dining and hospitality for locals and visitors alike.
After taking over the management rights for the hotel, Espen and Ted called in the experts to help them transform the hotel from run-down to wow – LMF Projects and award-winning architect, Peter Reeve from CrD Architects in Sydney.
The iconic, Palm Springs-inspired architecture of The Oriana lent itself to a glamourous makeover – inside and out. It was an ambitious project and budget, but thanks to LMF Projects’ experience and extensive network of suppliers and skilled tradespeople, the project came in at half the budget and well under half the time it would have taken without our expertise.
Now guests enjoy a full, four-star experience. The Oriana boasts 49 luxuriously-refurbished rooms, resort-style pool, and multiple bars and restaurants offering a range of culinary delights prepared under the watchful eye of European-trained chef, Espen.
